the streams move into the corners, engaging the walls, pedestals + floor of the gallery.
these began as chalk drawings on kraft paper, and are evolving into quite a series. some are fully circuitous, uncharacteristic for streams, i know, really more like racetracks, while others reach a conclusion, a lake without outlet.

it has been said that the difference between a good artist and a great one is what they allow out of the studio, nevertheless i am allowing you a peek behind the scenes, complete with sawdust, masking tape and clamps...

a series of waterfalls, but evolved

into a desertscape that hints at

alien visitation
